The product are manufactured using strict cGMP condition with total adherence to quality standards. The installed capacity is to produce 1.5MT per month of Omeprazole powder (equivalent to 15MT of pellets) and 500Kgs of Lansoprazole powder (equivalent to 5Mt of pellets). With dedicated pharma rooms and air handling systems, the facility will undergo regulatory inspections in the coming months.
The pellets are manufactured using the latest Fluid Bed Coating Technology ensuring consistency in quality, uniformity in size and economies of scale. The installed capacity can provide a combined output of 10MT of pellets per month.
